Did you know that walking 10,000 steps a day (app. 5 miles) makes you fit, helps eliminate insomnia and depression, prevents obesity and doubles your productivity at work?
With this in mind, Intersog started a 10,000 steps challenge in our Ukrainian offices 3 weeks ago.
We encourage our employees to use wearables and fitness #trackers or smartphone applications to count their steps during a day and then submit individual results to our intranet portal on a weekly basis. Each weekly we determine a winner and boost competition among participating Intersogers.! And how do you motivate your staff to keep fit?
